The challenge over at Scrap and Stamp Saturday this week is Summer Fun!! I'm sure we all have those amazing summer photos begging to be scrapped. Be creative and join in the fun - remember to add a stamp to the mix:)The heart on the page was a symbol two ways for me - the love I have for my daughter and the love she has for summer, sun and sea!! She is an outside child and loves every minute she can spend outdoors. I made a freehand drawing of the heart on the reverse of the polka dot cardstock - cut out and then simply wrapped embroidery cotton around the heart. I love the playful effect this adds to the LO.
The stamp on the journalling block is absolutely the cutest in my stash!! Those skinny legs is so adorable!! I've also added the shell and sand castle to tie in with the theme of the LO!
The title reads Sun, Sea and Fun. Playing at the beach we discovered this huge hole someone dug earlier - it was a VERY windy day (it even started drizzling later on) but wasn't too cold if you were sheltered from the wind. Eventually we were the only people on the beach - the wind blew the others homeward!!!- but playing in the hole, the wind swept over our heads and we had the best playtime of the entire holiday!!
Hope you create some stunning summer memories!
Happy scrappin'

These knobs are so easy to work with. Simply unscrew the knob from the cover and you are ready to alter as you wish!

The Alcohol Inks are permanent and the nice thing is if you do make a mistake you can remove it with the blending solution and change the colour or amount of ink you've used. This is such a versatile product with so many uses and applications - I feel a lot of inking coming this way......
